Christie Lindor is a Principal Consultant & CEO of Tessi Consulting, a boutique virtual consulting firm focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, talent strategy, and digital workforce transformation. Prior to Tessi, Christie was a seasoned management consultant advising Fortune 500 clients at some of the world’s top consulting firms such as IBM, Deloitte, & EY. In the span of her 20 years in corporate consulting, Christie has partnered with 100s of organizations within 23 industries/sectors in 10 countries across 4 continents at the intersection of IT, strategy, M&A, business operations, and human capital. A TEDx and keynote speaker, podcaster, & avid writer on workforce related topics, her work has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Fast Company, and Time Magazine. Christie currently sits on the Board of The Women’s Lunch Place, women’s homeless shelter in Boston. Christie has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College and a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Computer Science from Bentley University.
