Founder

A passionate connector with a deep commitment to empowering women, Beth envisioned a dynamic organization dedicated to advancing women across generations in business. Building on that momentum, Beth launched the Jr. Moxxie Mentoring Program in 2010 to support and guide female college students. The following year, she introduced Ms. Moxxie, a professional development program designed to equip young women entering the workforce with the skills and confidence to thrive.

In 2012, Moxxie Mentoring Foundation was formalized: a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering career advancement and leadership development for young women and women navigating career transitions.
