Beth Meixner - Founder & Executive Director
As an avid networker with a passion for people, Beth's vision was to create a unique women's organization that promotes generations of women in business. In 2008, Beth founded Moxxie Network, a member-based network of senior-level women from the corporate, nonprofit, academic and entrepreneurial fields. In 2012, Beth established Moxxie Mentoring Foundation Inc, a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation whose mission is to support and foster the career advancement and leadership development of young women. Together these two entities, make Moxxie the most comprehensive women’s business community and as such, Moxxie has been voted #1 Network for six consecutive years by the LI Business News’ Reading Rankings.

After receiving a BS from SUNY Oneonta and an MBA from Adelphi University, Beth's career in sales, marketing and management has crossed-over multiple business sectors. Her distinctive branding, broad networking expanse and high-energy have established Beth as one of the area's most respected and dynamic business leaders. She has been profiled in various publications, been a guest on numerous radio broadcasts and internet TV shows and been a speaker or panelist for numerous events. Beth has been the recipient of several leadership awards including Long Island Business News’ TOP CEO Award, National Association of Women Business Owner’s (NAWBO) Visionary Award, Woman in Leadership Award from the Center for Women of New York, HIA’s Those Who Make a Difference, the Suffolk County Soroptimist Award and Suffolk County’s Local Business Women Honoree.

Jenna Natale - Associate Executive Director

A "born-and-raised" member of the Long Island business community, Jenna brings nearly a decade of expertise in hyperlocal media. Prior to her tenure at Moxxie, she served as associate publisher at Long Island Business News, cultivating a vast network across the region's business sector and spearheading the brand's industry leading events and products. She continues her work in media as founder and owner of BIZTALKLI, where she collaborates with outlets and organizations to deliver content and media expertise to the Long Island community. 

Jenna earned a BA in professional communications and minor in English Literature from Farmingdale State College. Sheis a past board member of the Long Island Association and is a member of its Young Professionals Committee. Jennawas recognized in 2019 as a 25 Under 35 by Editor & Publisher, and earned a Purple Pump Award from the Moxxie Mentoring Foundation that same year. She also competed in the 16th Annual Long Island Fight For Charity competition and raised over $13,000 for regional nonprofits.

Skylar Hart - Marketing Volunteer
Skylar has developed and founded her own social media and marketing company, Skylar Hart Services based out of Long Island New York. Aside from social media and marketing, her specialties consist of digital marketing, web design, photography and videography.

Skylar is currently working with companies in various different industries including the Health and Fitness industry, Comedy, Food and Wine, Post-Production/Media, Human Resources and Non-profits. While working with these companies, Skylar has successfully developed innovative company websites along with producing lasting brands and creative content. Her work consistently attracts new clientele and online presence to websites and social media networks.

Following the acquisition of a Bachelor’s Degree in Television Production and Communications from Pace University, Skylar has worked as a post-production, production and research assistant for such notable companies as IMG, FOX, HBO, TLC, Disney and ABC. Skylar has proven her well roundedness and versatility succinctly while assisting the audience department during live daytime television shows, concerts, parades and special events.

Philanthropy reigns as a continuous and influential motivator in Skylar’s life as she currently volunteers for The Foundation for Nutrition and Inflammatory Bowel Diseases in Children, assisting in public relation and fundraising efforts. She also is the program coordinator and social media manager for the Moxxie Mentoring Foundation and Moxxie Network.

Laura Joseph - Ms Moxxie Chair
Laura leads our Ms Moxxie program and chairs the Ms Moxxie Subcommittee.  With over 40 years of sales and sales leadership experience, Laura is a seasoned sales professional and currently leads a team at Crown Castle, a Fortune 500 telecommunications company with a focus on driving sales performance to continue to grow revenue for the company.  Outside of work and volunteering for Moxxie, Laura is married with a growing family of three children and four grandchildren.
