Moxxie Mentoring Foundation is proud to put our mission into action at an annual celebration unlike any other. The advancement of women in the workplace requires more than peer support — it requires men who champion women’s rise to leadership and organizations that model true gender equity.

The MoXY Awards Nine & Dine honors exceptional men and companies whose actions, advocacy, and influence are measurably improving opportunities for women across industries in our region. We are now accepting nominations for individuals and organizations that embody this commitment.

What We Look For in a MoXY Nominee

Nominees should demonstrate:

• Active advocacy for women’s professional advancement, mentorship, sponsorship, and promotion.

• Tangible impact, such as initiatives, policies, or programs that measurably support women’s growth in the workplace.

• Consistent leadership behavior that models respect, inclusion, and accountability.

• A track record of collaboration with women leaders and emerging talent.

• Community influence, including service, thought leadership, or industry-wide efforts to elevate women.

• Organizational commitment (for company nominees) to equity, inclusive culture, and leadership pipelines.
